On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 12.2.1.0.0 version

In Analytics : Administration --> Manage BI Publisher --> Delivery --> Email , configuration for email is defined correctly and test Connection established successfully but when sending document it display the error -

"delivery failed"
