Applied the following patch in OBIEE

25361232 MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF FOR BUGS 22647555 22819596 22835202 22932089

for bug:

After that, although the issue with Date Time filters is fixed, the following problem with the TimeZone is present:

The database server is located in EST. When the user won't select any TimeZone preferences in their account .i.e unknown TimeZone, then OBIEE analysis displays exact data time values it is getting from the database as there is no timezone preferences to shift +/-, convert the data to that timezone and display to the user.

However, in case when most of user preferences sets to EST, it is taking the EST data from the database, but its shifting the data GMT-5 again based on preferences the user selected.

OBIEE is not taking the database data timezone and displaying based preferences selected.

OBIEE needs to take the exact database data time if it is EST and if preferences is EST then it should display analysis in EST. Or if the user changes another preference that database data will come as EST, convert based on preference and display data in the report in that timezone.

Applied the following patch:

25361232 that contains fix for bug 25178299
