OBIEE 11g/12c: Some Values in a Prompt may not be Selected in Analysis Editor

Symptoms
Table View can have Table Prompt which is used to filter the results of the view.
And in the "Compound Layout" in the "Analysis editor: Results tab", each view has a Toolbar.
If drop-down values for a Table Prompt overlaps the toolbar, the values in the overlapped part cannot be selected.
The issue can also occurs when using other Prompts that has the drop down list (such as Graph Prompt).
And the issue occurs in IE only, and does not occur in FireFox, Chrome and Safari.
