'Filters' Icon on POV Bar and Within Action Menu Does Not Function

On the Documents tab within an application, when clicking the Filters icon within the POV Bar, or selecting it from the Actions menu, there is no response from the browser. The end-user has to use the Filters options which is found on the right-hand side of the view, it works without issue.
