OBIA Error When Executing A Fusion Source Scenario in the Load Plan Using ODI (Doc ID 2261613.1)

Symptoms

For Fusion 11 source with Fusion 10 adaptor (OBIA) instead of 11 adaptor:

When executing a scenario in the load plan, receive ORA-20942: java.lang.RuntimeException

Error:

ODI-1217: Session SDE_FUSION_10_ADAPTOR_SDE_FUSION_SUPPLIERACCOUNTDIMENSION
(5500) fails with return code 20942.
ODI-1226: Step Diagnostics Raise Exception fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure Diagnostics Raise Exception execution fails.
ODI-1228: Task Diagnostics Raise Exception (Procedure) fails on the target
ORACLE connection BIAPPS_DW.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20942: java.lang.RuntimeException:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Driver class name must not be empty
