Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.2.0, the Admin Tool is not able to connect in online mode.

You already verified the OBI Server port in "EM => Availability->Processes", but the connection is still failing with:

 

 

 

Changes

 Upgrade from a 12c version to another one.
