Adf Error is Encountered by Users when Administrator Sets the Application to Maintenance Mode. (Doc ID 2264855.1)

Symptoms

1. Login to Application as both Admin and Planner user.
2. Change the Application Maintenance Mode to "Administrators".
3. Try to navigate to any page or access any object in the Application using
Planner User, System will show an ADF message to user.

Your Session has timed or was terminated by the Application Owner or an Administrator. Please log on again.
ADF_FACES-6097:For more information, please see server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1.

Seeing the ADF Error along with the maintenance message confuses the users.

 

Changes

 Application is set to Maintenance Mode for Administrators by Admin users.
