Hierarchy Expand / Collapse is Not Working Correctly in Forms with Dimensions having Shared Members.

Symptoms
Create a data entry form in Planning with row as :
@Ichildren ("Parent_Member_Name")
The Members below "Parent_Member_Name" are Shared Members.
For that row, "Start Expanded" option is unchecked.
Expected behavior will be to see Form open with "Parent_Member_Name" as total and the ability to drill down.
However the Form opens expanded with "Parent_Member_Name" and Members below.
