Unable To Change Setting Close Manager (CM) Schedule Status To Locked

You have one or more schedules in CM which you would like to set to Locked. After attempting to change the schedule's status to Locked (from either Open or Closed) in the Manage Periods dialog, the original status remains. There is no error or on-screen message, the status simply does not change.
