When Selecting The Snapshot And PDF Options For Batches With Bursting In Financial Reporting (FR) The Snapshot Folder Is Incorrectly Affecting The PDF Directory Path (Doc ID 2270264.1)

Symptoms

In FR, you have defined an external folder (on the server's filesystem) for storing batch output (e.g., FR_PDF_Export=C:\\Oracle\\FRExport). You have created and saved a batch (e.g., Test_Batch) in the Workspace under a particular folder (e.g., Root\Test\FR).

You run Test_Batch with the bursting option applied and with the output option "Export as PDF" selected (with FR_PDF_Export as the output folder). The PDF files are successfully created under the C:\Oracle\FRExport\FR directory.

You run the batch again with bursting applied and now with multiple output options:

> Save As Snapshot in Repository (e.g., Root\FR\Snapshot as the destination folder in the repository)
> Export as PDF (FR_PDF_Export, same folder as the prior run)

Snapshots are successfully created and stored under Root\FR\Snapshot in Workspace. However, the external PDF files are created and stored under C:\Oracle\FRExport\FR\Snapshot.

The Batch Scheduler engine is picking up the "Snapshot" subdirectory name from the Workspace path (i.e., to which the snapshots were written: Root\FR\Snapshot), and subsequently creating the same subfolder under the C:\Oracle\FRExport\FR directory on the filesystem.

This only occurs when the batch has bursting applied and when both Snapshot and PDF options are chosen for output.
