Financial Close Manager (FCM) Template POV Values Are Missing In New Schedules Or After Being Exported To A .CSV File (Doc ID 2272559.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 16, 2019

Hyperion Financial Close Management - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

You have created a template in Close Manager (CM). When exporting tasks from the template, some of the columns are missing from the resulting .CSV output file. POV parameters might also be removed by the export process. Similarly, after the .CSV file has been imported/exported, you might see that POV values from the template are not included in schedules subsequently created from the template.

In some cases, POV parameters may display correctly as the schedule is created, but once the schedule actually starts, the parameters are no longer present, so certain tasks do not function properly.
