Running Insight from multiple users cause Consolidation Administration to freeze

Description -

We have experienced now several times that if two separate users have the Insight page open that this the freezes the Consolidation Administration menu and for others causes the Consolidation Administration menu not the open. To resolve this it requires a restart of the environment to unblock.
