OBIEE 12c: Error "nQSError: 69018" Occurred When Testing Cluster Connect (Doc ID 2277944.1)

Error: [nQSError: 69018] Connection succeeded but xxxxxxxxx:xxxxx failed to respond occurred when testing Cluster Connect of System DSN for Oracle BI Server. 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. Launch ODBC Data Source Administrator.
    2. Go to the [System DSN] tab -> [Add]
    3. Check [Clustered DSN] and Add Primary/Secondary Controller information and port

    4. Press [Test Cluster Connect].
    5. Error message returns

       [nQSError: 69018] Connection succeeded but xxxxxxxxx:xxxxx failed to respond


The message mentions the response from Secondary Controller is failed. ex)Secondary
When you shutdown the Primary Controller (ex., then the response from the Primary Controller failed.


Checked [Clustered DSN] option when configuring ODBC data source.
