Symptoms

Reverse engineering failed for Planning. The below error we could see as error message in the ODI console

com.hyperion.odi.planning.ODIPlanningException: com.hyperion.odi.planning.ODIPlanningException: Could not connect the Planning instance on host [x.x.x.x], port [11333], check if connect information is correct.



Changes

 ODI was upgraded to version 12.2.1.2.6 and  is on different server
