OBIEE 12c: The Datamodel Downloadrpd Command Fails with 401 Unauthorized Error (Doc ID 2279555.1)

Symptoms

The password for the weblogic user was changed successfully as per:  OBIEE 12C - How to Change 'Weblogic' User Password in OBIEE 12c Environment (Doc ID 2147135.1)

The weblogic user can login successfully to the WLS Console (/console), FMW Control (/em) and OBIEE (/analytics) with the new password.

When trying to download the RPD via the downloadrpd command (see Download Repository Command) as the weblogic user, the command fails and throws a 401 Unauthorized error.
