Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM 12c) Logout no Longer Works After Integrating Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE 12c)  with Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 11.1.3.2.x)

Steps to reproduce issue

1. Open a new browser session and access the EM console

2. OAM Login is displayed

3. Enter username and password

4. Select EM logout

Nothing happens you are returned to the same page (EM console)
