HSF Entities Are Showing White Screen With Tab Header AlcarView

Error in the Application.evtx log:

HSF13522: Unable to save file:
D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\hsf\data\ADB\\\
An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end.

Symptoms

User can no longer access entities.  The screen is white with no data.

Changes

 Recently installed a newer version of HSF, HSF 11.1.2.4.xx, on the same client machine as 11.1.2.1.xx
