Symptoms
When the user is accessing Discoverer using Japanese (multi byte) Language, the buttons are displaying as square.
As per <Note 1436953.1> the below files exist in respective folders.

ALBANWTS.ttf
ALBANWTK.ttf
ALBANWTJ.ttf
