Data Loads Fail To Complete In Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) (Doc ID 2287430.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 02, 2022

Applies to:

Hyperion Financial Close Management - Version to [Release 11.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Any time you run a data load in ARM, the process remains at the Staging phase and does not complete. If you access the ARM Validator (http://ARMServer:8700/arm/faces/oracle/apps/epm/arm/ui/page/common/ARMValidation.jspx, replacing "ARMServer" with the applicable server name for your environment), an error is seen: "Couldn't connect to SOA Server. Please make sure that SOA server is up and running."

The log files show errors such as:

"[2017-07-06T15:47:27.651-04:00] [FinancialClose0] [ERROR] [] [oracle.apps.epm.arm.model] [tid: 18] [userId: admin] [ecid: 00ig^6fUmjIFw0zzzH06zzC1vQi3jfYz90001ZW001Lxd,0:1] [APP: ACCOUNTRECONCILIATION#] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.apps.epm.arm.model.applicationModule.manager.dataload.ERPIProxyManager] [SRC_METHOD: getERPISourceSystems] javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-07620 : Agent cannot enforce policies due to either failure in retrieving polices or error in validations, detail= 'WSM-02557 The documents required to configure the Oracle Web Services Manager runtime have not been retrieved from the Policy Manager application (wsm-pm), possibly because the application is not running or has not been deployed in the environment..."
