FDQMEE Refresh Members Not Working With Big HFM Applications in 11.1.2.4 (Doc ID 2289465.1)

Symptoms

When adding with the COMMA app, Refresh Members is working.  When adding a large HFM app, this error is received:

oracle.epm.fm.common.exception.HFMException: EPMHFM-66076: Server SERVER1 is unavailable, connection could not be established.

Caused by: org.apache.thrift.transport.TTransportException: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: connect
