Goal

You are exporting a  BI Archive (BAR) file from one 12c environment to another 12c environment.

You observe that your users are not present in the 'target' environment that you had created in the 'source' environment.

For example, you have created a second user (not "weblogic" admin) to view reports from a BI consumer perspective. This user was not successfully imported in the target 12.2.1.2.0 environment.
