Exalytics and OBIA 188.8.131.52.1 - Peoplesoft Workforce Headcount Is Wrong When Running Incremental Load In ODI

When using ODI version 18.104.22.168.0_Generic_130302.2156 and BI Apps 22.214.171.124.160719, incorrect data is being generated when running the target Peoplesoft Workforce mapping named "SDE_PSFT_WorkforceEventFact."
If a full load is done in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), the headcount is as expected and can be validated by comparing to data in PeopleSoft, SQL and in OBIA Analytics. If an incremental load is done, there are duplicate headcounts.
After noticing the duplicate headcounts, a full load was run again and it removed the duplicate headcounts. Then an incremental run was performed the following night. After this the duplicate headcount reappeared.
This problem is occurring on an Exalytics, Linux 5 OVM server when using Peoplesoft 9.2 source system and BI Apps modules Workforce Deployment, Workforce effectiveness, Compensation, Payroll, and Absence and Leave Accrual. Although, this problem is occurring on an Exalytics server, it is not unique to Exalytics and can occur in any OBIA environment on any operating system.
