Trying to re associate security store to DB-based store

The script reassociateSecurityStore migrates the OPSS security store from a source to a target LDAP- or DB-based store, and it resets services in the files jps-config.xml and jps-config-jse.xml to the target repository.
It also allows specifying that the OPSS security store be shared with that in a different domain.

The documentation for re-association is found in Oracle Fusion Middleware Application Security Guide, section 9.3.30 reassociateSecurityStore (When the target is a DB-based store).

Managed servers restarted w/o issue before the policy store reassociation.  After completing the reassociation, the ODI server fails to come up with the error:
