Symptoms

Upgrading EPM from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4.
While installing the 11.1.2.4 Maintenance release for EPM on windows system, the Weblogic Servers windows services were up and running.
Deploy of HSF Java Web Application to Web Logic is failing during configuration.

Error: "Next list of products could not be deployed on Oracle Weblogic with ECHO is off . bit type".

Changes

 Applying 11.1.2.4 maintenance release.
