After upgrade to Essbase 11.1.2.4, No Data is Loaded When Loading from SQL Database (Doc ID 2298751.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Essbase 11.1.2.4 no data is being loaded even if the same outline and rules files is being used. The rules file is set to load from a SQL database. The rules file can be opened and validates as correct.

Following messages are shown in the application log:

Finished fetching data
SQL Connection is Freed
No data values modified by load of this data file

Changes

Essbase was upgraded to 11.1.2.4 from a previous version and outline and same rules files were being used.
