You've logged into Close Manager (CM) and opened a schedule. You click View (the View dropdown in the schedule pane, not from the Workspace's View menu), then click Expand All. Now when you try open tasks, an error displays: "Error JBO-26041: Failed to post data to Database". Logging out clears the error temporarily, but repeating the steps is likely to incur the error again.
In the FCM logs, you may see messages resembling the following:
"2016-12-13T10:40:28.976+11:00] [FinancialClose0] [ERROR] [ADFC-50016] [oracle.adfinternal.controller.application.AdfcExceptionHandler] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '6' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: tom876] [ecid: 00icXJdT8Ja3V805zz5EiW0002JO000fyW,0:1] [APP: FINANCIALCLOSE#220.127.116.11] [DSID: 0000LZpO94v3NA05zzt1iW1OIiEV0000Lp] ADFc: While handling an exception the application's exception handler threw a new exception.[[

You have upgraded FCM to 18.104.22.168.200.
