Exalytics and OBIEE 11g - After Upgrading To OBIEE 11.1.1.9 WLS User Login Fails With Error "Path Not Found" (Doc ID 2299218.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to OBIEE 11.1.1.9, login attempts by the WebLogic user (WLS Admin),  fail with the error:

"Path not found"

Active Directory/OBIEE users can login without any issue and this only affects the WLS admin user.
This problem may occur on any OBIEE environment and is not limited to OBIEE on Exalytics.
