Some FCM/ARM users are not receiving certain notification emails for which they are configured to receive. An error is seen in the FCM log file: "javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses... com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.7.0 <firstname.lastname@example.org>... Not authorized"
