Users Are Unable To Login To Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Application

Symptoms

Users unable to access HFM application after attempting to open Data Audit page.  Pop-up error for the user attempting to open or refresh Data Audit page, Error " A connection to the server has failed (status=504)"

Stuck Thread errors may also be found in HFM Web tier logs (HFMWebX.log) referencing Data Audit methods:
