In Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) Reconciliations' Attribute Values Disappear When Prior Periods Are Viewed (Doc ID 2311703.1)

You have logged into ARM and opened a rec. The rec has some attributes associated with it, and values are assigned for the attributes, visible on the rec's Summary tab. You click the Prior Reconciliations tab and select a prior period to view the same rec for the earlier period. The prior rec displays, and attribute values still appear correctly. You close the recs for both periods. From the Recs list, you re-open the same rec for the current period. Many of the attribute fields now display without any values. The issue is not simply cosmetic, the values need to be reset.

The History tab for the rec suggests that a user has manually cleared the values, but this is not what actually happened. Only attributes of type List, Yes/No and True/False are affected.
