Symptoms

Unable to access HFM application. Possible errors found in oracle-epm-fm-hsx-server.log:

"DataSource Process status for the application MYAPP: NOT_LISTENING"

"Unable to invoke ping on XDS management service for the application :MYAPP, port : 10001."

"Datasource process (PID - ####) for application <app name> stopped."
