Unable To Connect To Financial Close Management (FCM) And Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) With LDAP Users But Able To Connect With Native Ones

Symptoms

Users with external accounts cannot login to Close Manager (CM) or ARM. Users with native accounts can get in without issue. The Weblogic external LDAP configuration is correct. The ARM and CM validation URLs (below) return authentication errors for external users.

The following error is seen in the Weblogic Admin and FCM server logs: "<BEA-090504> <Certificate chain received from server2.oracle.com - 10.145.17.65 failed hostname verification check. Certificate contained *.oraclel.com but check expected server2.oracle.com>".
