You export CM tasks from the FCM UI to Excel. The export completes successfully, but the date format in the resulting spreadsheet is different from the date format seen within CM. When the tasks need to be imported back into FCM, this requires users to manually edit the date format back to the original. Without the changes, the import will fail because FCM will not recognize the modified format.
