Symptoms
After applying Financial Reporting (FR) patch 11.1.2.4.700 to 11.1.2.4.705 and starting the WebLogic managed server FinancialReporting0, the log file <drive letter>:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\FinancialReporting0\logs\FRLogging.log grows indefinitely and never automatically rotates out the older log files. This is different from how logging behaves in patches and releases older than 11.1.2.4.700.
