Oracle Hyperion Financial Management - Java Server service cannot start when it use a custom JDBC connection string to connect to the repository.

In HyS9FinancialManagementJavaServer-sysout.log having below entries

<oracle.FM.HSX.SERVER.oracle.epm.fm.common.BaseSeviceManager> <BEA-000000> < Is Port :9091 is avialable ? true>
<Error> <oracle.FM.HSSUTIL.oracle.epm.fm.hssservice.RegistryWrapper> <BEA-000000> <Invalid property dbPort for HIT Registry component customURL:hfm.>
<Error> <oracle.FM.HSX.SERVER.oracle.epm.fm.hsxserver.HsxServer> <BEA-000000> <An error occurred while starting HSX_SERVER_NAME service.
oracle.epm.fm.common.exception.HFMException: EPMHFM-65559: Invalid property dbPort for HIT Registry component customURL:hfm.
