Symptoms

The user reported that they get an error while opening the Data Management in workspace gets an error " Invalid or could not find module configuration 'aif.launch' The required application module 'aif.launch' is not configured. A 'Not Found' error occurred communicating with the server.

 No changes being made like Migration the application from 11.1.2.3. to 11.1.2.4
