OBIEE11g - SSO - session timeout puts OBIEE dashboard to hang status

Configure OBIEE with SSO using MOS <Note 1953347.1>.

It has been noticed that when session timeout happens at Analytics url, on clicking dashboard, it hangs.

URL - <system and port>/analytics

The screen should continue to be responsive. After session timeout, login should be available.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

After letting a dashboard or report sit on screen longer than the session timeout, observe that OBIEE appears hung, and can not be awakened. Closing the browser and logging in again works ok.
