404 Error in Accessing [help -> contents] When Using Offline Help Documentation (Doc ID 2321028.1)

Symptoms

In an environment ,using offline help documentation, [404 Page Not Found] will happen.

with following steps :

1) Loing to workspace

2) Using search box in right-top to search any keyword.

3) [Help -> Contents] to access help.
