Symptoms

When attempting to launch Calculation Manager from Planning Simplified UI the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The required application module 'calcmgr.filterview' is not configured
A 'Not Found' error occurred communicating with the server.

Note: Clicking on 'Show Details' will display exception:

'Not Found' error occurred communicating with the server.URI: http://ServerName:28080/calcmgr/conf/CalcMgrConfig.xml
Status: 404 - Not Found
