Symptoms

In any Data grid or Data form of Hyperion Financial Management , the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are disappearing from the screen.
It is not possible to click on any of the buttons to apply the chosen POV settings.
Issue is in 11.1.2.4.205 Patch Set Update with IE and Firefox as well.
