After The Upgrade Of HFM 11.1.2.2 To 11.1.2.4, Loading The Rule File Gives An Error (Doc ID 2328029.1)

Symptoms

The user has performed the HFM Upgrade from version 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4. After the upgrade, when they export (Extract the rule) and again load the same rule (without any change), it gave the error. They test with Check Integrity Checked and unchecked but same error. following is the error
Line: 1659, Error: Invalid Expression\n
HS.NoInput "V#.C4#Elim IU Payables (Receivables)"
Note: Total 13 errors
