Symptoms

Followed the OBIEE12c FAQ: How To Update OBIEE 12c Data Sources When Repository Schema Passwords Are Changed In the RCU Database (Doc ID 2109841.1)

But Admin Server fail to start after changing the OPSS password by using the following command 

modifyBootStrapCredential(jpsConfigFile="pathName", username="usrName", password="usrPass")
