Symptoms
On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE): 12.2.1.2.0 version, Analytics
OBIEE 12c is installed in a clustered environment with 2 nodes. Global cache is configured and it is not propagated properly in 12c clustered environment.
TBL files are created only on one of the servers and are not copied into global cache location/other server.
This cause stale data when running the report.
