Goal

On: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence

1.Want to use the EVALUATE function in OTBI so that can use the LAG database function.

However, it looks like the EVALUATE function isn't supported in OTBI as to edit the NQSConfig.ini file to enable the EVALUATE function.
Can this function enabled?
2. Is there a workaround to use LAG and LEAD in OTBI/OBIEE ?
