HFM Application Deploy Failed (Doc ID 2351203.1)

Symptoms

A couple of HFM Application Deploy Failed with "Error 500-Internal Server Error", But other Applications deploy successfully in the same environment.
If the user restarts all the EPMA server, this problem will be solved temporarily. But the problem will appear in a few days.
