Symptoms

On : 7.9.6.1 JUN-2013 RUP version,

Unable to approve batches in Spend Classification
We are not able to approve a batch after classification is completed. Approval completes in Error with following message: "Error occured in Approval Process - -1408 ORA-01408: such column list already indexed"
