OBIEE: WebLogic Admin Server Not Starting




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OBIEE Application have been taken shutdown.
2. Physical server has been taken restart.
3. Tried to start up the OBIEE Application but Admin Server is not Starting.
4. Error is captured in the Admin server log.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Admin Server is not starting.
