When attempting to create a copy of an Essbase Application using MaxL by using BatchUser, the following error occur:

MAXL> login BatchUser xxxxxxx on EssbaseServer;

OK/INFO - 1051034 - Logging in user [BatchUser@Native Directory].
OK/INFO - 1241001 - Logged in to Essbase.

MAXL> create or replace application AppNew as AppName;
ERROR - 1051115 - Failed to copy application [AppName]
