OBIEE 12c: You Are Not Authorized To Alter Log Configuration

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You can not change log configuration via Analytics Administration even with weblogic user who has permissions.
1. Log in with weblogic (Admin user).
2. Navigate to Administration page.
3. Navigate to Administration > Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Reload Log Configuration
4. Changed the configuration from Default to any value (ex.Incident)
5. Error returns.
