User Access Not Displayed Correctly (Doc ID 2370491.1)

Symptoms

Use Case:

1.  Go to Manage, Dimensions, and pick a dimension and a member

2.  Edit the member's security to open the 'Assign Access' window

3.  Choose any user after the 25th user shown in the 'Assign Access' window,  and hit the Edit icon

4.  The chosen user does not display.  It shows multiple users instead.
